If children didn't have angels, there wouldn't be near as many adults.
Okay, I had to run a quick errand this morning and getting all 3 kids dressed, in shoes, coats and strapped in (not to mention me ) is a pretty huge task some times. I hadEliya and Isaiah in their car seats and went back for Silas and to close the door (the car door is 3 feet from the back door). When I closed the door, I twisted my ankle and fell flat on my back on the concrete. As I'm falling I see Silas up-side-down in the air and watch him fall just right, belly first onto my leg. I was stunned and in pain but I knew that it was amazing that he fell just right and didn't get hurt. This was a very important errand and two thirds of my kids were in the car already. I wasn't going to waist that oppertunity so I limped on.
In the car, Eliya and I talked a little bit about how his angels helped her baby brother because the way he fell, he should have been really hurt.
I was replaying the fall in my head on the way home and couldn't figure out why I was on the ground and I saw him falling still above my...surely I didn't throw him in the air....a moment later my daughter said "Is that why Silas floated down gently?" I asked her what she ment "His angels, did they float him down gently so he didn't get hurt?"
God never ceases to amaze me...
