Oh that Isaiah!!!

This boy is going to be a computer whiz...He's figured out how to rename the icons on my desktop (Internet Explorer is now "ng ." I can't bare to change it) He's moved them around, changed the resolution, added and deleted tool bars--after of course opening the programs, and today, he moved my task bar...It's no longer horizontal, along the bottom, it's vertical on the left and disappears when I'm not scrolling over it. I didn't even know it could do that. Now instead of my open windows being side by side they are listed one on top of the other...I think I might like it better...I better! I've worked all morning and still have no idea how to fix it.

This is a pic of him n July...No amount of discipline affects him...He's just going to do what he's going to do. It sounds like I need to teach him how to use the 'puter instead of try to teach him it's off limits. Don't forget, he is Mr "No, I'll do it."

On a much sadder note, Uncle Chester died yesterday. I hope he's fishing with Virgil, I hope his mind is clear and I hope his knees don't hurt. I have to imagine, even in heaven, he'll want to eat his three square meals at his set times. After 80+ years of doing something, it's got to be a hard habit to break. He was always the first on at Cindy's for a holiday, the first on to get his food and the first one to fall asleep on the couch. He mumbled a lot, scratched thousands of lottery tickets, cooked bacon and eggs in Crisco every morning and defied the doctor by having a beer every night. I only sat by him once at Christmas. I had to explain every gift he opened and when he opened the pajamas Cindy got him, he said "Who the hell got me these?" The next year, I pasted that duty on. He was sweet with my daughter and always passed out $20 bills as Christmas...Even though our families were growing by leaps and bounds. He never knew who I was, even when I explained over and over, he did remember Wes and asked if there were any open apartments by us. After we told him the rent was over $500 he'd mumble some surprised comment and decide to stay right where he was. Here's how I'll always remember him...
