My stuff is so crappy, people won't even steal it.
This morning Wes went out to work and found the car door ajar. He looked in and our portable CD player was on the seat, along with some other odds and ends. The ash tray was opened and the visor organiser thing was unzipped. Nothing was taken. Or even really messed up. They were definatly the neatest vandals I've ever known of. They were looking for better stuff then we have, and thankfully, didn't get mad when they didn't find it.
I don't think I need to call the police. "Hello, could you send out an officer to look at my slightly disorganised car?" Plus Wes already put it all back. Oh, well. Hopefully now anyone thinking of breaking in realizes there's really no need. The stuff they'd get isn't worth the risk. The most "valuable" thing in this house is this computer and it's 4 years old. They'd be doing me a favor by taking this stuff!! Oh sure, I'd feel violated and have to file a claim with my insurance, but hey-I'd get lots of upgrades and a story. Plus all this belongs to God anyway. What do I have to complain about?
Eliya was sleep walking the other night. It was so funny. She'd been in bed an hour and was butt tired. She came out to go to the bathroom and instead of going back to bed, she walkd down the hall like she owned the place (this is breaking one of her rules-the punishment is losing pink mi, which may be worse then death-she really doesn't break this rule) jumped up on the couch next to me with out a word (agian-WEIRD) and grabbed a washcloth out of the laundry I was folding and started sucking her thumb. She was snoring-with her eyes opened-after a moment or two, Wes carried her back to bed. I felt bad because I couldn't stop laughing at her, but the next day she couldn't remember anything so that guilt is gone.
Ugh-Silas is waking up-I still need to jump in the shower. No mre blogging for me.
